In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
Game quest rooms are designed for entertainment purposes only. Participants must arrive on time; late arrivals may result in reduced game time or forfeiture of the session without refund.
Certain rooms may have age restrictions. Participants under the minimum age must be accompanied by an adult. We may request proof of age where applicable. You agree to follow all game rules and instructions given by staff before, during, and after the game.
For your safety and the safety of others, you must behave responsibly while on our premises. Running, rough play, climbing on structures, or intentionally damaging property is strictly prohibited. Any participant who fails to comply with safety instructions or behaves in a disruptive or dangerous manner may be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Our staff reserves the right to stop the game at any time if they believe there is a safety concern or if participants fail to follow the rules. You agree not to disclose game solutions, puzzles, or room designs to third parties. Doing so may spoil the experience for others and violates these Terms.
All equipment, props, and installations within our quest rooms must be handled with care. Any deliberate damage or negligent behavior resulting in damage will result in charges for repairs or replacement.
Food, drinks, and smoking are not permitted inside the game rooms unless otherwise authorized. You are responsible for securing your personal belongings; we do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
